Partner Introduction Fee Terms

What you earn for introducing a company to us, when it is earned and paid, and what counts as a qualifying introduction.

Last updated

1. Fee

20% of the Net Referral Fee for each Introduced Company, capped at $30,000 per Introduced Company.

2. Net Referral Fee

Net Referral Fee means the referral fee Alexandriata actually receives from the buyer in cleared funds for that Introduced Company, less (a) any VAT, sales or withholding tax, (b) third-party bank, payment-processing and currency-conversion charges on that receipt, and (c) any amount the buyer refunds, reverses or claws back. No other deductions apply.

3. When it is earned

Only when Alexandriata receives the Net Referral Fee. No fee is earned for registering a company, making an introduction, a meeting, or a signed agreement alone.

4. When it is paid

Within 30 days of receipt, in USD. We send you a Fee Statement within 5 business days of receipt; you invoice us against it. If the buyer pays in instalments, we pay your fee pro rata as each instalment clears.

5. Qualifying Introduction

A company you register with us in writing before any contact between that company and Alexandriata or the buyer, that is not already in Alexandriata’s records or registered with the buyer, and that becomes a paying deal within 12 months of registration. First registration wins. One partner per company. We confirm or decline each registration in writing within 5 business days.

6. Clawback

If the buyer cancels, refunds or recovers any part of its payment, no fee is due on that part. If we have already paid it, we may offset it against your future fees or ask you to repay it within 30 days.

7. Your role

You make introductions only. You have no authority to negotiate, make promises, agree terms or bind Alexandriata or any buyer, and you must not describe yourself as an agent of either.

8. Conduct

No fee is payable on an introduction obtained through payment to the introduced company’s staff or any other improper inducement.

9. Changes

We may change these terms for future registrations with 14 days’ notice. Registered introductions keep the terms in force on their registration date.

10. Tax

Fees are exclusive of VAT. You are responsible for your own taxes.

11. Agreement

These terms are a summary and are subject to a written partner agreement with Wenkraft Technologies LLP, governed by the laws of India.
